Shipping & Delivery
We ship most orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Most larger GLASS pieces are shipped using Fedex Ground.
Most orders ship the business day after your order is placed. Glass orders will ship within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.
You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Please insure that you do not block or filter these emails out.

Returns & Replacements
Some of our items are one of a kind; in any case where a product is damaged during shipping we will do our best to replace that product. If there is no suitable replacement we will refund your money. Please do NOT return ANY used items, they will be DESTROYED upon receipt and will NOT be replaced.

Just log into your account to view your order it’s that simple! If you checked out as a GUEST and did not create an account, you will not be able to view your order status, however, you will receive a shipping notice by email when your order ships.
